I am not here to bash the banks. As a Professional Mortgage Consultant I deal with a range of lending institutions on a daily basis, they are my business partners. But there a few things we need to be mindful of:
- Banks lend money to make money
- Banks are in business to make a profit
- Banks have to report on profits to their shareholders
