Sawyers Valley Home Loan – Criteria

Every Lender has their own criteria, not just from a serviceability perspective but also from a property perspective.

Essentially a Lender needs to make sure that your property is going to be good security, something that they can sell quickly in the case of an emergency and so to comply with my Sawyers Valley Home Loan your property must be:

Downsizing your home in retirement is no longer an acceptable strategy to repay your Home Loan before you retire. This is why I need to look at your Superannuation, your other debts and your ongoing income before I can submit your Home Loan application.
